Preparation

Remove, wash off or stab holes in as much societal programming and packaging as necessary.

Cut out hypocrisy, misalignment and dishonesty within yourself.

Chop up all tasks and goals into digestible sized pieces, even as small as an hour, a step, a bite or even a breath at a time.

Add a large quantity of compassionate awareness, kindness, trust, respect and appreciation for all life, including your own.

To ensure flow and flexibility well into maturity, add one

breath, stretch and mindful movement practice, a couple of litres of water, nutritious whole foods and 8hrs of sleep per day.

From the lightness of inspiration, season with a variety of perspectives.

Make sure to align all thoughts, words and actions for best and trusted results before cooking.

Courageously and responsibly commit yourself fully into the challenges and contrasting fires of life with presence, enthusiasm and good humour in every moment.
